What people ask me

When booking a project I will require 50% deposit is required upon booking for all projects over £150. Project fees under £150 are due in full. This is to secure your place and also covers the initial design stages. The remaining balance is due prior to any artwork being released. If your project totals more than £1000 I am more than happy to sort out a payment plan.

I design everything from bespoke logos to ecommerce website design. Please contact me to discuss your project and design requirements.

This really depends on how busy I am at that particular time, there is no harm in contacting me to find out if I can fit you in! Depending on the job you need me to do may require an additional charge.

I offer fixed fee service meaning you will always know upfront of the final cost. Any additional costs that may occur will be discussed with you if they arise. Each business is completely unique so it depends entirely on your needs and the project.

For branding projects
Once I have received the final payment, I will supply all electronic files to an email address of your choice – I can also share this via Dropbox or Google Drive if you have these set up. For print jobs, you will also receive high resolution PDFs, which can be taken to a printer of your choice.

For logo files, I supply a 'logo pack' which will consist of: EPS, PNG, JPG, SVG files in both CMYK (Print) and RGB (web) formats.

 

For website projects
As I only produce design only files, the finished file can be handed over as a .fig file or shared using a link – this can then be shared with your chosen website developer. If we have had a discussion over a squarespace or similar website platform then after the website has been produced then you will receive a invitation link to the CMS for you to take over

Copyright for all work carried out by Sarah Bond Design transfers to the client as soon as the balance has been settled in full. I do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes, including any unused concept work that wasn't used in the initial design phase

I prefer BACs transfer but I accept payment in the form of cash and cheques

This depends on your project. I will usually supply you with at least three designs to choose from with development of your chosen design. In all projects I include 2 rounds of amends, thereafter I will charge my hourly rate of £45.

For website designs – 2 concepts homepage designs (minimum) will be created for you to choose from – these are not set in stone and can be adjusted during amends phase (two rounds of amends included in price) once the homepage stage has been completed, I move on to creating all components, pages and elements that follow on from the homepage style
